New guests will be required to pay a deposit towards their future service:
$100 deposit - Services over $100
$25 deposit - Services under $100
Our time is valuable as is yours and to better service you we may require an in person consult to connect you with your stylist prior to booking. We do not offer price quotes on any social platforms.
Consultations require a $25 deposit & will go towards your appointment booking. Non refundable
We do require a in person consultation for new guests and/or large color changes if the stylist or receptionist requests. A test strand may be required before we book and receive a deposit for your appointment.
We require 48 hours notice for any cancelation/changes. If your appointment is canceled within the 24 hour period you forfeit your deposit. We understand unforeseen situations happen, if the stylist can accommodate you within 3 business days your deposit will then be applied to your next appointment.
Failure to notify us 24 hours before your appointment. We will require a rebooking fee of $40.
NEW & EXISTING GUESTS
Please call during operating hours or if we are closed we require an email cancellation.
We strive for the best guest experience from the moment you connect with us, to the moment your service is complete. We understand sometimes changes or tweaks need to be made post service.
All guest have 7 days post service to notify the salon of any changes or dissatisfaction. No refunds will be given.
